The Office of Career and Professional Development works tirelessly to make sure our students have jobs and good jobs when they graduate.
I was given the opportunity to run for a Supreme Court Justice. I have been prepared and groomed by Touro from day one of my law school experience. They have always prepared you to not get ready, but be ready. And when I was asked to run for office, I was ready. I have learned that once you are part of the Touro family, you remain a part of the Touro family.
We have a phenomenal alumni network. Whenever someone wants to learn about a practice area, I can find an alum who's happy to talk to them and tell them everything that worked for them. We also have people who work in every kind of area. We have people who are lawyers in corporations, in-house counsel judges, we have people who are partners in law firms, nonprofits, and even in government.
Know that you are being equipped with what you need to be a successful attorney. As a sitting judge, there is not a day that goes by that I don't have a Touro alum come before me. So it's important that you take advantage of all that that is there for you because it helps you to be a well rounded attorney and helps you to be successful in your legal career.
