I chose Touro Law because the part-time program at Touro Law was accommodating. So the professors are really great. They do have great credentials, and I can reach out to them at any time. And they always get back to me through email or via call as well.
For the part-time program, one of the things law school is really, really conscious of is ensuring that part-time students have the same opportunities as their full time counterparts.
I like going to Touro Law, because of the flexibility of working full-time and going to law school part-time. The culture here at Touro Law is very diverse. I did make great friends here for my first year of law school that I've been friends with all the way to my second year, hoping that I could still maintain that relationship all the way through my fourth year of law school and after my law school, when I become an attorney.
I've had students in the part-time program, who recognize, "A license to practice law will open up opportunities for me, where I work now, while also positioning yourself for other opportunities" in the organization where you're working. Sometimes it's the case that our part-time students have families. So the dedication and effort of many students in the part-time program is really appealing and it really makes the classroom dynamic, educational and rewarding for everyone in the class.
